We are inviting JPOP/JROCK Bands to perform and show their their talents as they compete for a JPOP/JROCK Showdown. First ever in SM City Baliwag.


There will also be a LOLITA COSPLAY COMPETITION.

BATTLE OF THE BANDS MECHANICS:


1. Please register here http://bit.ly/jpopbands and confirm at the event venue on April 29, 2012 from 10am - 1pm.


2. All band members are required to purchase one SM Ecobag as their entry to the competition.


3. Performance Time allowed is 15 minutes INCLUDING SETUP.


4. Each band is allowed to perform 3 songs.


5. Songs must be from any anime or JPop/JRock band.


6. Songs should be indicated and registered before hand at http://bit.ly/jpopbands.


7. Time constraint will strictly be followed.


8. Band members are not allowed to physically alter or modify the band setup or any equipment thereof except for tuning the instruments.


9. To avoid delay PLEASE TUNE YOUR INSTRUMENTS BEFOREHAND.


10. Criteria for judging will be as follows:


* Quality of Performance - 35%
* Costume and Stage Presence - 15%
* Sound and Musicality - 40%
* Overall Impact - 10%


11. Prizes are:


* CHAMPION - P7,000 SM GC
* 1st RUNNER-UP - P5,000 SM GC
* 2nd RUNNER-UP - P3,000 SM GC


LOLITA COSPLAY COMPETITION


1. Please register here http://bit.ly/lolitacosplay or at the event venue on April 29, 2012 from 10:00am - 1:00pm noon.


2. All contestants are required to purchase one SM Ecobag as their entry to the competition.


3. Costumes should fit into the contest of "LOLITA FASHION," a fashion subculture originating in Japan that is based on Victorian-era clothing as well as costumes from the Rococo period, but the style has expanded greatly beyond these two. 4. Criteria for judging will be as follows:


* Costume - 30% (The elegance and quality of the Lolita costume)
* Appeal - 40% (the combined appeal of the cosplayer and the costume)
* Presentation - 20% (how the cosplayer presented on stage)
* Audience Impact - 10%


5. The best cosplayer in lolita costume will WIN P3,000 SM GC. There will only be ONE WINNER.
