Otac'u!(O' Tarlac Cosplayers Unite!) in partnership with NCPH (Naruto Cosplayers PH) proudly invites everyone to the FIRST Cosplay Competition to be hosted by Sm City Tarlac on May 26, 2012 (Saturday).


Categories for the said event are :
Best In Costume (Male and Female)
Best Mecha Costume
Best Chibi
And a surprise category to be announced on the said event.


All cosplayers are welcome.
Registration starts at 10:00 am
