- Registration will be on site and will start as soon as the event does.
- Only thirty (30) contestants will be able to register for each day.

Let your voice be heard! Are you prepared to sing to your heart’s content? Do you have what it takes to accept our challenge and get the chance to win 1000php in cash? Then sign up for the Karaoke contest and see if you can nab the prize! This year, there will be two (2) categories for Karaoke: Live Action and Anime, with one winner for each category!

Win three days in a row and you nab the cash prize! Just be sure to stick to one category!

1. Contestants must memorize the lyrics of the song they want to perform and must prepare one (1) FULL song. ***They may, however, bring a copy of their song upstage for “props” if they feel that it would help lessen their nervousness. However, judges will be deducting points when a contestant looks at their copy

2. Contestants may bring their own lyrics copy (for practice) and a CD/DVD of their mp3 file. MP3 song must come from an anime (Series/OAV/Movie) and should be in karaoke (no voice) version.
Please write the title of the song, your name, and contact number on the CD

3. If contestant fails to present the requirement (mp3 CD or DVD) during registration, they will be allowed to perform an acapella version of their chosen song.

4. Contestants are requested to choose songs that are from well-known series for better audience participation and impact.

5. We will only be accepting songs from the two categories. To be specific, ONLY anime series/OAV/movies, and of course, sentai/live-action (Maskman, Kimi ni Todoke live-action, etc) songs will be allowed and taken into consideration, and as such, songs from games (whether they have an anime adaptation or not), will NOT be allowed. ALSO, please AVOID singing songs from Vocaloid as it is a voice synthesizer program and NOT even an anime.

6. Contestants may also cosplay while performing on stage if they choose to, and it is also alright if they do not want to.

Criteria for Judging:

Accuracy/Lyrics – 40%
(How well does the contestant know the song, how in-tune is his/her singing to the original song)

Voice Quality - 25%
(Does the contestant's chosen song suit his/her voice, did he/she hit the right notes perfectly)

Performance – 25%
(stage presence; did he/she perform confidently, did a few dance steps during instrumental parts, etc)

Audience Impact – 10%
(cheers, claps, whistles of the audience)
